Refund & Return Policy

At MyLankaStore.lk, we comply with Sri Lanka Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) regulations and are committed to fair and transparent business practices.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase are required.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Perishable goods

Personal care, hygiene, or cosmetic items once opened

Customized or made-to-order items

Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence


Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method where applicable.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Customers must provide correct bank account details.

Cash refunds are not offered.

Processing time: 7–14 working days after approval.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos or videos may be requested for verification.

Return shipping costs will be covered by MyLankaStore.lk in such cases.


Return Shipping

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
