Payment methods include online payments via Shopify-supported gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
Refusal of delivery without valid reason may result in restriction of future COD orders.
COD refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier service limitations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, in compliance with the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify-approved payment gateways.
We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
